This was our 1st tournament for Osage Division 20, the turnout was low because of the weather and muddy water, making fishing tough. Winning first place and $540.00, Tom Garrett and Joe Caldarella, from Oak Grove, MO, weighed in the winning limit of 5 fish for 13-07 Lbs. They caught their fish on white/chart Strike King, spinnerbaits, slow rolling them in shallow catching most of their fish right off the bank. Tom is 56 and is a meter reader for the City of Independence, MO. Joe works for the MODOT District Office.
